Marios Karpouzis

Mr. Karpouzis is a lawyer at the Supreme Court and a member of the Athens Bar Association, with LLM postgraduate studies at the University of Westminster in London, United Kingdom. He has been actively practicing law since the year 2006 as an associate lawyer of law offices and law firms. Furthermore, he has collaborated for a number of years with private companies as well as with public entities in the fields of health and local government. In January 2012, together with his partner, he founded the boutique Law Firm Karpouzis - Lianou & Associates in the area of Ambelokipi in Athens. He specializes in the fields of Civil Law and Commercial/Corporate Law, especially in matters of divorce, custody and maintenance of children, acquisitions during a marriage, Hague Convention on civil matters of the international child abduction, surrogacy, paternity issues, adoptions, civil and commercial leases, medical negligence, tort claims, unjust enrichment claims, debt collection, debt settlements, while he also represents all types of entities. He has recorded remarkable successes and winning court decisions in a number of cases in the entire Greek territory. He speaks English and Italian at an excellent level.
