The Law Firm headquarters is located in Athens, on 23 Konopisopoulou Street, and only provides its services on its premises. Any reference to the website under any occasion (in particular any reference to qualifications of any associate or partner, reference to personal experience with any associate or partner or cases of the Law Firm providing any type of service or resolving any type of dispute) does not constitute actual legal advice or the provision of any kind of legal services. The Law Firm and none of its associates, do not, nor can they be considered to, bear any responsibility.
Users acknowledge and accept that legal services may only be provided by the Law Firm and/or any of its associates, following an appointment at the company’s headquarters, or arranged with an Associate of the Law Firm by electronic means, where they will present their case or issue and submit any necessary documents. There (at the headquarters), their case will be reviewed and assessed regarding its possible development and resolution. There will also be an explicit agreement of all parties on the handling of the case by the Law Firm.
Through its website, the Law Firm may ask users to provide personal data and information in order to facilitate contact and online communication. Karpouzis-Lianou & Associates Law Firm collects the information provided by its users to respond to contact requests, reply to job applications, and respond to other service requests by the users. In all events, the users acknowledge and accept that it remains at the absolute discretion of the Law Firm to decide whether or not it responds to a contact request. This type of contact does not establish any type of client relationship between the Law Firm and the user. The Law Firm uses this data for its own purpose only and will never share it with any third parties.
