Sevastiani Lianou

Law Graduate of Dimokriteio University of Thrace, Mrs. Lianou Sevastiani is a lawyer at the Supreme Court and a member of the Athens Bar Association. Since 2007, she has been actively practicing law providing her services at the Legal Council of the State and subsequently as an associate lawyer in law firms and law offices in Athens. In 2012 she has founded with her partner the boutique Law Firm Karpouzis - Lianou & Associates in Athens, area Ampelokipi. She has provided her services to private hospitals and municipalities, as an external legal associate, at consulting and judicial level. Furthermore, she collaborates with public entities in the health sector. She specializes in the field of Civil Law in real estate, title deeds inspection, drafting real estate property sale and purchase pre – agreements, sale and purchase deeds, inheritance cases, wills, certificates of inheritance, actions for inheritance, enforcement procedure law, statements of opposition and applications for suspension of operation of payment orders, statements of opposition against seizure of property. At the same time, she is actively practicing in the field of Commercial & Corporate Law, having accomplished important business acquisitions in the Greek business sector, establishments and transformations of companies, while she undertakes all required actions for their smooth operation.
